We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at CloudHQ LLC. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for our data centers across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with CHQ Development and third-party engineering teams to develop mechanical system designs for data centers.
- Work closely with the entire CHQ team, including partners, customers, and vendors, to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop growth plans and implement solutions for current and future CHQ's data centers across different regions and climates of North America and LATAM.
- Coordinate mechanical designs and specifications, support budget reviews, and construction efforts.
- Work closely with CHQ's Operations Teams to maximize efficiencies and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technology-related discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in design, construction, and commissioning of industrial cooling systems.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in successfully leading and managing teams, projects, or programs to determine and implement company-level strategic objectives.
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering project management.
- Strong and in-depth working knowledge and proven performance of data center design.
