About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Baudville Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas and grow existing business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and superiors
  • Utilize CRM and Order Entry Platforms to manage accounts and track sales activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience in a goal-oriented and metric-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
