Position Summary

The Lead Client Relations Manager role is pivotal within our organization, serving as the main point of contact for our valued clients across various regions. This position collaborates closely with external sales representatives and fellow account managers to drive customer growth through personalized service and strategic engagement. The Lead Client Relations Manager oversees a substantial portfolio, managing numerous client relationships and contributing significantly to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of key accounts with significant annual revenue.
  • Engage with clients daily through various communication channels.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and fulfill specific client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance communication and drive sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account review plans regularly.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to address client concerns and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on territory achievements.
  • Assist clients with order placements and ensure timely processing.
  • Lead meetings with sales representatives to strategize on territory growth.
  • Facilitate customer review presentations for key accounts.
  • Mentor junior account managers by sharing best practices and strategies.
  • Foster existing client relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
  • Support external sales efforts in acquiring new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
  • Stay informed about current and new products to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in sales or client management.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales principles.
  • Experience in customer relationship management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
