Position Overview
As a Cloud Services Manager within our Corporate Technology division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our enterprise systems. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model, requiring some in-office presence each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise systems that optimize workforce productivity through cloud technologies.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and availability of solutions in alignment with enterprise policies and industry best practices.
- Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional operational support across all environments.
- Measure and enhance adherence to enterprise standards, planning and tracking necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for technical design and problem resolution.
- Provide design guidance to business partners for optimal technology utilization.
- Drive service improvements through innovative technologies and enhanced processes.
- Develop automation and documentation for efficient design patterns, reducing manual intervention.
- Oversee technical programs and projects through all execution phases.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.

- Strong customer service skills and experience in creating technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
