We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant II to join our team at US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant II will provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and ancillary testing
  • Organize and file patient medical charts
  • Copy and distribute medical records as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of office experience in a medical environment

Work Environment:

The Office Assistant II will work in a fast-paced medical office environment, interacting with patients, staff, and physicians on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
