Job Title: Office Assistant II

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant II to join our team at US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities. As an Office Assistant II, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical activities of our practice by performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with answering phones, paging physicians, and related switchboard duties.
  • Support scheduling appointments and ancillary testing.
  • Organize and file patient medical charts as needed.
  • Copy and distribute completed dictation, lab, and test reports.
  • Perform clinic support functions, including stocking supplies, transporting patients, and picking up lab/test results and X-rays.
  • Maintain a clean patient care environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of office experience in a medical environment.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring frequent interaction with patients and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
