Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the current business operations, both operationally and financially, while nurturing relationships with existing clients and seeking opportunities for new business development.
PROJECT FLOOR CLEANER - WEST REGION AREA
The designated area includes various locations. The Floor Technician will operate a company vehicle to complete all assigned projects across these areas. A background check, including a review of the driving record, is a prerequisite for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute all assigned tasks with professionalism.
- Conduct cleaning and maintenance of various floor types, including tile, carpet, and brick.
- Complete work assignments promptly.
- Utilize the appropriate cleaning agents and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain and operate floor cleaning equipment as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including the use of safety signage for wet floors.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
- Report any identified safety hazards.
- Safely operate a company vehicle.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- A minimum of one year of relevant commercial experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Willingness to work assigned hours.
- A valid driver's license with a commendable driving record.
