Staff Growth Experience Designer, Monetization and B2B

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our business and enterprise customers, crafting engaging product moments that drive growth and revenue. As a Staff Growth Experience Designer, you'll investigate customer behavior, identify opportunities for growth, and design solutions that strengthen customer success.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, researchers, product managers, and engineers, to define strategy and deliver high-quality design solutions. Your expertise will be essential in designing growth experiments, loops, and solutions across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Approach problems holistically, considering the entire customer experience.
- Listen deeply to customers, uncovering opportunities to decrease friction and enable new pathways.
- Experiment to create design impact, imagining user experiences from concept to ship.
- Simplify complex problems, translating them into sophisticated design recommendations.
- Sustain discovery and value, applying interactive techniques to help customers try paid features and value.
- Think big, advocating for innovative product approaches and collaborating with the Monetization and Engagement squads.
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in UX and interaction design, building and delivering digital consumer and enterprise products.
- Ability to balance an iterative growth mentality with high-quality design standards.
- Thirst to learn about how designs perform and appetite to iterate, weaving qualitative and quantitative data into recommendations.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch, and maintaining a design system.
- Curiosity and interest in UX and experience design trends, teams, and enterprise customer insights.
At Adobe, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and short-term incentives. Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. Our team is located in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York, and we offer flexible in-office schedules.
