Key Responsibilities:
The Kitchen Maintenance Associate is responsible for:
1. Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen work areas and ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and organized.
2. Sweeping and mopping floors to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
3. Washing various food preparation surfaces, including worktables and refrigerators.
4. Disposing of waste properly and managing trash receptacles.
5. Assisting in the setup of banquet tables and front-of-house arrangements.
6. Supporting the loading and unloading of supplies and products as needed.
7. Distributing necessary supplies and equipment throughout the kitchen.
8. Complying with all outlined sanitation and safety regulations.
9. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
