Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team at Power-Flo Technologies Inc. in New Hyde Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in reducing energy costs for building owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to pitch our products and services.
  • Field inbound calls from prospective customers, answering any questions and providing product information.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with our offers.
  • Research potential customers and vet them through a sales funnel.
  • Track contact lists and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Take detailed call notes and record feedback.
  • Follow established sales scripts and meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette, cold calling, active listening, persuasiveness, and determination.
  • Persistent and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite, including MS-Word and MS-Excel.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel to trainings as needed.
