Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $62,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly performance bonuses.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring seamless management of support staff, timely completion of tasks, and efficient handling of payroll and HR functions.
* Develop and implement effective systems for intake, sales, legal production, financial review, and human resources management.
* Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:
* 2 years of management experience or similar work experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole.
* Strong judgment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and common social media platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple calendars and learn case management databases.
