About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Residential Management Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our mobile home community, including collections, rule enforcement, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential community
  • Ensure timely payment from residents
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Coordinate community projects and repairs

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
