Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Lead to spearhead the planning, execution, and oversight of electrical construction projects within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Develop detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities required for project completion.
  • Determine the resources, including time, money, and equipment, needed for each project.
  • Create project schedules that effectively allocate resources and meet project deadlines.
  • Review project schedules with management and relevant staff, adjusting as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Establish a communication schedule to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Read and implement project drawings and specifications.
  • Manage construction schedules for each site, considering various factors such as permitting, materials availability, and contractor schedules.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical telecommunication sites.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with the work schedule.
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction in a highly organized manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timeframes/schedules set by management.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to transport items up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to conduct field work at various locations.
