Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Electrician to lead our electrical crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide safe and efficient electrical services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of electricians to complete electrical projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement electrical plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
• Collaborate with customers to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions
• Train and mentor junior electricians to improve their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• California Journeyman Card and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman Electrician
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
