Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent at CSM Corporation, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Sign-On Bonus and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with guests in a courteous and positive manner, anticipating their needs.
  2. Deliver the highest standard of service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  3. Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify billing information, create reservations, and accommodate special requests.
  4. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and operational hours of services.
  5. Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs and support other departments as required.
  6. Implement the company’s guest service recovery program effectively.
  7. Utilize proper sales techniques to optimize room revenue.
  8. Monitor room availability and adhere to booking policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Licenses & Certifications: Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
