This is a 6-9 month accelerated training program that offers professionals a promising future with a clear career path. You will receive development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in production training, including staff responsibilities such as Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy, and Plasma Processing Technician.
  • Travel overnight for leadership training and development classes.
  • Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the center is "inspection ready".
  • Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
  • Center financial responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience, including 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
