Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and members with warmth, facilitating a seamless introduction to our wellness services.
  • Schedule appointments for spa treatments, fitness classes, and thermal spring experiences accurately through our reservation system.
  • Handle transactions including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates in accordance with spa revenue guidelines.
  • Provide detailed information about spa offerings, pricing structures, promotions, and wellness events to clients.
  • Assist clients in choosing appropriate services tailored to their individual preferences.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth client flow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Respond to communications via phone, email, and SMS in a timely and professional manner, addressing client feedback and requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and retail spaces.
  • Promote spa services, products, and retail offerings to enhance the client experience and contribute to revenue generation.
  • Assist with inventory management and the upkeep of retail displays.
  • Support team members in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring that spa areas are always presentable.
  • Adhere to spa policies, including those related to health, safety, and sustainability practices.
  • Prepare the spa for optimal client comfort each service day and ensure a smooth closing process at the end of the day.
