Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our team at North American Truck & Trailer, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the trucking industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the trucking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
