Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process all incoming service requests from customers
  • Create work orders upon receiving each request
  • Efficiently allocate field jobs
  • Maintain and update the service management board as necessary
  • Maximize the capabilities of the dispatch software
  • Verify the accuracy of all work order details
  • Support technicians as required
  • Oversee all vehicle preventive maintenance schedules
  • Process purchase orders and receipts for subcontracted services and vehicle upkeep

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Experience in customer service handling multiple incoming calls
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
