  • Propose and execute software testing solutions tailored to applied technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with established Quality Assurance standards and protocols.
  • Create and sustain automated and manual test scripts to validate software functionality.
  • Collaborate with the test automation team to establish guidelines, templates, and standards.
  • Conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts to uphold quality.
  • Integrate software testing tools within CI/CD pipelines to improve test execution.
  • Educate Agile team members on Quality Assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Document Quality Assurance practices and processes to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Engage in user story grooming sessions to align testing strategies with development objectives.

ARE YOU A QUALITY ASSURANCE ROCK STAR?

  • Experience & Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a technical setting.
  • 3-5 years of experience with test management tools such as Octane, Quality Center, or MS Azure DevOps.
  • 3-5 years of experience with UI test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Unified Functional Testing (UFT), TestProject, or MS Test Studio.
  • 3 years of experience with Source-to-Target data integration/ETL testing.
  • 3 years of experience with API testing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Agile delivery within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Proven experience with software test automation frameworks and CI/CD test execution.
  • Strong understanding of the latest software Quality Assurance trends and best practices.
  • Educational & Certification Preferences:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or ReadyAPI (SoapUI Pro) is preferred.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or ReadyAPI Performance is a plus.
  • Experience with automated data validation tools like QuerySurge, RightData, or PowerCenter is highly desirable.
