Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

Reports to: Plant Director

Supervisory responsibilities: Maintenance Technicians

Summary/Objective: Advanced Tooling Systems is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and be able to lead a team of maintenance technicians.

Essential functions:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and replacements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Required competency, education, and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Work environment: Manufacturing environment.

Physical demands:

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.

Position type and expected hours of work: Full-time.

Travel: None.
