- Lead and Manage a Team of Maintenance Technicians
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance the technical skills of the maintenance team.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
- Oversee the procurement of spare parts and manage inventory to ensure minimal downtime.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance within the team.
- Manage the Maintenance Budget

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, with a focus on preventative maintenance, in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
