Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production throughput.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Service and repair equipment on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing lock-out/tag-out procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Manage the acquisition and maintenance of spare parts to ensure timely repairs and minimize losses.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce losses and increase efficiency.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Technical, or related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations and maintenance.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP or equivalent systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Lean and Six Sigma Certification: Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Food and Beverage Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
- Electrical or Vocational Certification: Electrical or vocational certification, such as an electrical license or a certification in a related trade.
