Overview of the Role
This PRN position will provide compassionate care to patients in Pulaski County. With no after-hours on-call requirement, you can enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance. As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for growth and development, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of experts to achieve patient goals.

Job Responsibilities
You will perform comprehensive assessments, supervise your caseload, and nurture the growth and development of LPNs and Home Health Aides. Your role as a facilitator of care coordination ensures seamless support for patients, celebrating the unity that arises when PRN staff steps in.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need an active RN license in the state of service, one year of RN nursing experience or three years of LPN/LVN nursing experience providing direct patient care in a home care setting, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $34.77, based on national averages and considering the location and qualifications required. We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.
