Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at YKK AP America. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and engineers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market research
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or glazing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
