Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Retention at Revlon is responsible for leading the development and execution of customer retention strategies across multiple channels. This includes email, SMS, loyalty, and direct mail programs to drive customer loyalty, lifetime value, and churn prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retention marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead the points-based loyalty program to grow member count, average transaction count, and lifetime value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize personalization, segmentation, and audience strategies across channels
  • Utilize data analytics to drive customer-centric campaigns and first-party data collection and activations
  • Plan and execute channel acquisition strategies and campaigns to meet growth targets for list size and member count
  • Manage budget and forecast spend per channel to meet desired ROI and spend balance
  • Develop promotional campaigns to increase average order value, reduce churn, and improve overall lifetime value

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, and email marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or experience working with consumer brands
  • Experience working with ESP platforms, personalization platforms, and data analytics tools
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and financial capabilities
