Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Care: Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that all medical processes and operations are followed and documented.
- Medical Record Management: Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status.
- Medication Administration: Prepare and monitor patient-administered medications as ordered by the physician in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Charting and Record-Keeping: Sign, date, and perform all charting, record-keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Client Care: Provide outstanding individualized resident care, ensuring the highest level of comfort and well-being.
- Current LVN or LPT License: Possess a current, valid license to practice nursing.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email, with a preference for experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse backgrounds and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
- Competitive Pay: $38-$46 per hour.
