Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Clean and maintain the store, including floors, windows, and bathrooms
  • Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Conduct gasoline tank inventory and check product deliveries
  • Perform light equipment maintenance and yard work
  • Merchandise products and maintain store appearance
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Wear required store uniform
  • Available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must attend mandatory meetings

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
  • Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store
