Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing best practices and ideas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of paint and coatings products, including tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
