Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, determining customer needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions, effectively communicating this information to customers.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, as needed, and assist in making deliveries to customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction, contributing to the growth and success of the store.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
