Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Service Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, vans, tugs, and cars
  • Perform various functions, such as fueling, de-icing, and loading/unloading luggage and cargo
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge
  • Ability to successfully complete Signature's training programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, customer service, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Signature Flight Support Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $19.00 to $22.78 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
