Job Summary

Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical controls, circuits, mechanical and pneumatic components, and systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment and machinery, including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Education: High School or GED required, Technical Certificate or Associate degree preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Tools: Must have own hand tools to perform job duties.
