We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Qualified Professional and Technical. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day troubleshooting, programming, and technical support within our processing departments.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve equipment and process issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services for our manufacturing lines, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Work closely with the maintenance manager and team leaders to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to continuously improve our maintenance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting, as well as robot programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industrial networks, machine safety circuits, and VFD, DC, and Servo Drive systems.
- Familiarity with vision systems and previous experience with robotics is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
