Job Opportunity

Hireverse is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and fostering customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals to learn about negotiation, relationship building, and effective sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to stay up to date on products, promotions, and client updates.
  • Participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills.
  • Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales training programs for new hires and existing team members.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities for small-scale projects or initiatives to develop your leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least some experience in a leadership or mentorship type role is preferred.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of motivation, ambition, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
