Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at ALTA MESA IMPROVEMENT CO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operation of our office.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, working 36 to 40 hours per week, 3 to 5 days a week. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with team members, management, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
