Vice President of Systems and Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President, Systems, Network and Storage to lead our infrastructure strategy and operations. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the infrastructure strategy, overseeing operations, leading infrastructure engineering teams, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the infrastructure strategy, aligning technology roadmap with business objectives.
- Oversee operations, managing day-to-day operations of data center infrastructure, including system administration, network management, and data storage.
- Lead infrastructure engineering teams, building and developing high-performing teams responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems.
- Ensure system reliability and performance, monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.
- Maintain data security and compliance, implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data, ensuring privacy and compliance with industry regulations, and managing risk.
- Provide technical leadership, serving as a technical expert and mentor to the team, staying up-to-date on technology trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business units, partnering with business leaders and other functions like Finance and Workplace to understand their technology needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with leadership in Systems, Network and/or Storage, with at least 15 years of experience in progressively responsible roles.
- Extensive experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing complex infrastructures.
- Deep technical expertise in systems, storage, and networking technologies, including hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of operations, including system administration, network management, and data center management.
- Change management experience to lead organizational transformations and drive adoption of new technologies.
- Competitive salary range: $298,000 to $488,000.
- Annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
