Job Overview

Qventus is a leading healthcare technology company that enables hospitals to focus on patient care. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Partner to join our team.

This role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with our client base, ranging from executive clinical and operational leadership to front-line end users of our solutions. The Senior Customer Success Partner will serve as the overall engagement manager from customer kickoff through go-live and ongoing success, creating and maintaining a complex and cross-functional project plan with a matrixed team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience working at a leading healthcare consulting firm or in a professional services role at a workflow-oriented SaaS company. They will also have project management experience for complex implementations in the provider-side healthcare setting, knowledge of provider-side hospital operations, and a track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the globe
  • Lead complex engagements with matrixed teams
  • Build quarterly success plans with cross-functional teams
  • Drive engagement with the Qventus platform across customers
  • Proactively identify new workflows and expansion opportunities in each account
  • Maintain and demonstrate the ability to manage customer relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a healthcare consulting firm or SaaS company
  • Project management experience for complex implementations in provider-side healthcare
  • Knowledge of provider-side hospital operations
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25-35% nationwide
