Job Title: Regional Vice President of Federal Civilian Enterprise Sales

Elastic, the leading provider of search and AI solutions, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and revenue in our Federal Civilian Enterprise Sales organization.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our Federal Civilian segment. As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and driving sales growth through new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the Federal Civilian sector
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Federal Civilian market
