Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Programming Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will provide transformative coaching to our participants, helping them secure foundational basic needs, complete higher education, and ensure their children flourish in education and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach participants in setting and achieving individual goals, promoting self-discovery and personal growth.
  • Deliver high-quality programming that is responsive and meaningful in supporting moms in their journeys.
  • Collaborate with Participant Council Leaders to take active roles in programming and the community.
  • Provide parent programming, support community partnerships and events, and assist in planning Graduation and other participant events.
  • Maintain efficient, confidential, and organized records in the organizational database.
  • Oversee and execute the data collection strategy to inform ongoing efforts to support moms deeply.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in education, human services, social work, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of related professional experience, ideally in education or non-profits.
  • At least two years of coaching experience, preferably with coursework or training in life, family, or executive coaching.
  • Results-oriented approach to work; can be trusted to complete work timely and with quality outputs.
  • Proven experience as a well-organized self-starter, able to prioritize multiple needs and expectations independently and successfully.
What We Offer

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $54,000 and $61,000 and are commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. Additionally, we offer medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits as well as retirement plans and a generous vacation package.
