Parking Attendant

The Parking Attendant position is a key role within our facilities maintenance team at ABM Industries. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas, including parking garages and surrounding spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain parking garage and surrounding areas, including removing trash, cleaning elevators and entrances, and painting deck floors and curbs.
- Customer Service: Approach and greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supply Management: Maintain a neat and orderly supply closet and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Visitor Services: Match visitor tickets to parking rate schedules, collect payment, and distribute change.
- Reporting and Safety: Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Emergency Response: Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary to resolve the issue.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
