Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patrons to Parking Spaces: Assist customers in finding available parking spaces and provide clear directions to ensure a seamless parking experience.
  • Issue Tickets and Process Transactions: Issue tickets to customers, record required information, and process exception transactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Complete Daily Shift Paperwork: Accurately record daily transactions, including number of vehicles in and out of the facility, contract parkers, and validated tickets.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
  • Perform Small Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks: Assist with small cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by location management to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
