About the Role:

We are seeking a Valet Parking Attendant who shares our passion for service excellence. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.
  • Greet guests departing and return vehicle safely.
  • Complete parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details and inspect vehicle for any damage.
  • Assist guests with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
  • Clean driving record and current driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and guest contact and organization skills.
  • Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Service Passion.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
