Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, respond to inquiries, and provide helpful information about our services and facilities.
- Parking Operations: Maintain accurate records of parking transactions, issue receipts, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lot Maintenance: Ensure the parking lot is clean and free of debris, and report any maintenance issues to the management team.
- Vehicle Handling: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, and check for any damages before issuing claim tickets.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a parking or transportation industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
