Job Title: Customer Service Associate | Auto Parts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Listen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Help customers use our digital kiosks or mobile devices to look up inventory.
  • Cash and Credit Transactions: Process cash and credit card transactions for customers at admissions and checkout.
  • Paperwork and Data Entry: Receive and process car titles and other paperwork, and read, interpret, and enter data into our computer systems for accurate record keeping.
  • Warranty Information: Provide warranty information to customers.
  • Sales Promotions: Communicate sales promotions and upcoming events to customers.
  • Performance Goals: Meet personal and team performance goals.
  • Company Policies: Abide by the Company Playbook, which includes all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Dress Code: Comply with the company dress code policy.
  • Continuous Learning: Learn new skills, assist your teammates, and complete other retail tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Experience: Experience in a retail or customer service position.
  • Administrative Skills: Good administrative and organizational skills, including cash management.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to work in a face-paced, team-oriented environment and good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task.
  • Physical Demands: Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
  • Availability: Must work retail store hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Reliability: Reliable means of transportation to work.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of auto parts, auto parts sales experience, and bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
