Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oncology Liaison/Marketing Specialist to join our team at Medical Oncology Hematology Consultants. As a key member of our marketing and outreach team, you will play a critical role in promoting our services and building relationships with healthcare providers in Delaware and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve annual and long-term growth for our practice.
  • Initiate and maintain ongoing communications with referring physicians and their office staff, including peer-to-peer visits, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support practice growth efforts through practice visits, sales calls, tumor boards, community events, and cross-business collaboration.
  • Manage the practice's digital footprint, including the website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and social media presence.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, report results to practice leadership, and manage marketing budgets.
  • Lead the online reputation management for physicians and practice to increase the number of online reviews, ensure online business listings are accurate, respond to reviews, and ensure regular email campaign cadence.
  • Manage events and community outreach/sponsorships, and execute administrative duties, including managing budget, travel expenses, and timely completion of expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in a healthcare environment.

Work Environment:

The work environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medical preparations, and other conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinic environment.

Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require travel by automobile, approximately 50% of the work week.
