You will also be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, flexible hours, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within our agency. You will also have the opportunity to work in a team environment and develop your skills in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be people-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving. You will also need to be able to learn computer functions and obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
