- Monitor business: previous day numbers, schedules, cash shortage concerns, and HACCP Logs
- Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders
- Control food and equipment inventory, conduct daily and weekly inventory counts, keep records, and monitor food cost
- Create, communicate, implement, and follow up on operations and financial action plans
- Analyze sales and labor during and after each shift; make adjustments to labor as needed
- Maintain Brand operating standards for product procedures, cleanliness standards, and service expectations
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security, and fire standards and regulations
- Identify problems, conduct high-level troubleshooting, and seek maintenance support for restaurant equipment
