Insight Global is seeking an Office Support Specialist for a prominent client in the energy sector. This role involves providing intermediate-level administrative assistance and technical support across various departments under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks (e.g., handling phones, faxes, copying, filing, mail processing, typing, etc.)
  • Oversee mail operations for the office (including incoming, outgoing, and certified mail)
  • Welcome visitors and coordinate with vendors and consultants to facilitate services as required
  • Order and manage supplies, including food and badges, while maintaining regular inventory checks
  • Conduct various data entry tasks
  • Coordinate processes and maintain documentation related to these processes (including audits)
