  • Effectively communicate with internal teams regarding customer accounts to facilitate timely follow-ups.
  • Minimize delinquency rates for assigned accounts and address customer disputes related to outstanding payments.
  • Engage Client Services and senior management as necessary to expedite the collections process.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all payment transactions and resolve inquiries with precision.
  • Assist the department with additional tasks, including account reconciliations and support during month-end close.
  • Proactively discuss any accounts receivable challenges with management.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume collections is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is necessary.
  • Experience in an accounting department within a large organization is highly desirable.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations swiftly.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
