About the Role:

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small to midsize business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a full sales process from prospecting to close, managing the entire sales cycle from beginning to end.
  • Collaborate with our Inside Sales Engineers (ISE's) to close business and provide technical support to customers.
  • Partner with our channel partners to drive net-new business and expand our customer base.
  • Forecast and report updates to management team, providing regular sales performance metrics and insights.
  • Become an expert in CrowdStrike's products and services, staying well-educated and informed about our competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in cold calling and business development.
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • Competitive attitude, with a positive sportsmanship and a collaborative mindset.
